XI International Piano Competition Clamo Music 2027 – Murcia (Spain). Applications Now Open

Clamo Music is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the XI International Piano Competition Clamo Music «Región de Murcia» 2027, to be held on April 16th, 17th and 18th, 2027, at the Higher Conservatory of Music of Murcia, Spain.

Eleven editions in, this competition has established itself as one of the leading piano contests in Spain and Europe, recognized for the calibre of its participants, the prestige of its international jury, and an organization that takes care of every detail — from accommodation to the individual promotion of each contestant.

The competition is open to students and professional pianists of all nationalities, up to 36 years of age at the start of the competition. Places are strictly limited to 12 contestants, selected by a jury comprising Olivier Cazal (France), Milana Chernyavska (Ukraine), Pilar Valero (Spain) and Dr. Gabriel Escudero (Spain), with Chema Casanova serving as Artistic Director and Chairman of the Jury.

The prize list includes €3,000 for the First Prize winner, along with the opportunity to perform as soloist with the Symphony Orchestra of the Region of Murcia (OSRM) at the Víctor Villegas Auditorium in Murcia in December 2027. The Second Prize carries €2,000, the Third Prize €1,500 and the Fourth Prize €600. No prize will be left unawarded.

The application deadline is February 28th, 2027. Pre-selected candidates will be notified before March 22nd, 2027.
